2. Personal data we collect

When you complete the feedback survey, we may collect:

  • Identity and contact data: your name and phone number.
  • Survey responses: your answers to six structured questions and any optional comment you provide.
  • Technical data: a hashed version of your IP address stored with form submissions for security and abuse prevention.
  • Cookie and consent data: your cookie preferences, managed separately through our cookie banner. See our Cookie Policy.

We do not collect payment card details, bank account information, delivery addresses, or email addresses through this survey form unless you contact us separately.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process personal data only where we have a lawful basis under UK GDPR:

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): processing your survey responses and contact details when you tick the Privacy Policy checkbox and submit the form. You may withdraw consent by emailing [email protected] or using Cookie Settings for cookie-related consent.
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): improving our website, product information, delivery communication, and customer support based on aggregated feedback; maintaining security logs with hashed IP data.
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): where we must retain records to comply with applicable law.

4. Recipients and processors

Access to survey data is limited to authorised Nymeris staff and contractors who need it to analyse feedback and improve our services. We do not sell your personal data.

If we use hosting, analytics, or advertising tools, those providers act as processors under written agreements. Where tools are based outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable.

5. Data retention

  • Survey submissions: retained for up to 24 months from the date of submission, then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required to handle a specific complaint.
  • Consent logs: retained for up to 36 months to demonstrate compliance with consent requirements.
  • Server security logs: typically retained for up to 12 months.

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request erasure in certain circumstances.
  • Request restriction of processing.
  • Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Request data portability where processing is based on consent or contract and carried out by automated means.
  • Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. We respond within one month in most cases.

7. Complaint to a supervisory authority

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) (https://ico.org.uk/) if you believe our processing infringes data protection law.

8. Mandatory and automated processing

Name, phone number, answers to required survey questions, and Privacy Policy consent are mandatory to submit the form. The optional comment field is not required. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

9. Security

We use HTTPS, access controls, and server-side validation to protect data submitted through this site. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we implement measures appropriate to the nature of the data collected.

10. Google advertising and analytics

Where you consent to analytics or marketing cookies, Google tags may load in accordance with Google's business data responsibility disclosures. Consent Mode v2 is applied: non-essential tags remain blocked until you accept or configure cookies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The version number and date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
